spa day

Want to have the perfect spa day? Well you came to the right place ... lets get started! First, run a warm bubble bath that you can put a bath bomb in, if you want. Then choose your favorite candles .. I would suggest the ones that are more of a calming scent. Make sure you have a little table near you so you can place your candles and drinks on. For the drinks, you can drink anything .. I just prefer water, but you can have smoothies, tea or anything. Do something in the bath that's calming .. mostly like reading, but I will try to avoid electronic devices. Before getting in the tub, set out your clothes and products that you want to use after the bath. I also think wearing a mask is another great idea ... ok you're all set! Put on your mask, get in the tub read, and relax, take everything of you mind.

One thing I like to do is put up a '' DO NOT DISTURB'' sign on my door so people know I'm busy. When you get out, rinse your face, put on comfy clothes, then you can choose to sleep, read, or even watch something. I like to do this at least once a month just so I won't be stressed out all the time.
