Today I'm going to show you 7 ways to start being happy now!
1. Practice being grateful
There are times when you're stressed and you forgot the things you do have. Write down Things to be grateful for. Then hang it up where you can always see it. Just practice being grateful for what you have.
2. Staying healthy
Staying healthy is very important. When you exercise a lot and eat healthy you feel just happy and energetic. Every morning go for a walk and have a healthy filling breakfast.
3. Stay organized and clean
Who doesn't want to wake up to a clean organized room? The more the organized the happier you will be. Its better to know where everything is than tear apart your room trying to find your phone. The more clean the happier.
4. Do the things that make you happy
If you want to be happy do the things that make you happy! Whether it's a walk, painting, blogging, or spending time with family members. Do the things that make you happy more often.
5. Have "me time"
having "me time" is very important. Take some time to go in your room shut the door and relax. Read a book, take a bath, sew, maybe have a pamper day to get everything off your mind.(check out "Spa Day" on my blog) Its good to have "me time" once in a while.. if you do this often you will be more happy.
